Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to try your items. If you are not satisfied, if you made a mistake or if you have changed your mind, you are free to exchange or refund your order! Send the item you are not satisfied with by parcel post.

If you request an exchange, your new package will be sent to you by post. Are you returning an item?

Return it in its original packaging within 14 days of the date you received it. Finally, carefully fill in the delivery note and tell us the reason for your return. If you wish to exchange or re-order, please fill in the order form and enclose it with your parcel. Thank you in advance.
